Hey! How're you all?! I hope y'all are doing good ❤
I'm sure y'all must have heard about the brutal death of An Elephant in Kerala.
The wild elephant strayed into a village near Silent Valley National Park in Palakkad last month and is suspected to have eaten something with firecrackers stuffed in it. It exploded in the elephant's mouth. The animal walked for days in agony before it went into a river and died standing on May 27.

"#EvilRace #NoMoreHumans The conscious being, the creature, God's own image, the species that boasts as the sole master of the planet. Yet so petty, so unGodly, so disgraceful, so unconscionable and so inhuman.
Wars, Pandemics, Deaths, Racism, Rapes, Diseases, Calamities and many more .... all by our hands! We are Murderers.
We seem to be immune to learning from our mistakes. We seem to be so unchangeable.
But Change is inevitable!
Humanity has lost all hopes of proving itself as a saviour species. So far we've only been destroying, devastating and killing.
The killings are not new, numerous species extinct every day, millions of animals killed for food, skin, bones, teeth and what not!
It has been a surviving race which is now more like an evil race.
Migrants and the poor left behind and forgotten. Kids dying, families displaced, health professionals and caregivers mistreated.
Are we not doomed, I say?
Are we not Evil, I say?
Are we not the only cause, I say?
Maybe we deserve it! Maybe it's natures way of showing us AGAIN, wake up!
Wake Up!! Or simply stop Existing!
You'd think there's a choice. but no.
Karma is not about choice!
It's about actions!
And we have some dreadful reaping to do...
We have asked for it, time and again.. #EvilRace "
Studies have shown that a lack of compassion or outright cruelty to animals can easily bridge over to the same for human beings. Jeffrey Dahmer (prolific serial killer) practiced his cruelties on animals before moving on to humans. Is compassion linked to understanding?
Article 51-A (g) of the Indian Constitution says that it shall be duty of every citizen of India to have compassion for living creatures.
We talk about Constitution and following it everyday. But how many of us really follow it? How many of us show compassion for living creatures?
The problem with people nowadays is that they don't even think about other's pain. And this ain't the first or the last time that humans have shown such inhuman behavior towards animals.
Today, on 7th June, as I'm writing this blog, there comes another news about a cow being fed explosive-mixed vegetables in Himachal Pradesh. Another day, and humans haven't failed at failing at humanity.
The world is falling apart, but we are busy dealing with issues such as racism and animal cruelty. When will we learn from our mistakes?! It's time we improve or standard of living before something even worse happens 🙏🏻
