I turned 14!

Hey everyone! This is gonna be the very first blog of 2020! So, this 13th of January, I turned 14 years old! From midnight itself, I started receiving so many texts and calls, wishes, and the demands for a party 😂I woke up pretty late the next day, had my favorite breakfast, got into my birthday outfit, played my favorite music, and again started responding to the birthday wishes. It went like this until the afternoon when my relatives showed up. They gave me lots of gifts. 😁 We clicked some selfies, had snacks, got ready, then again had a Lil photoshoot :) And then we left for the party hall! There it was! A huge, well-decorated party hall! We danced our hearts out, clicked some selfies, and again started dancing till it was time for the cake cutting. I made a wish, blew the candles, and cut the cake. Everybody sang the "Happy birthday to you..." song and I was like, "What reaction am I supposed to give?" 😂 After that, we had dinner and again danced for a while till it was really late. I bid goodbye to all my homies and came back home. This birthday party was literally the most fun party ever! I did spend a fun and memorable time with my homies. Talking about my first year as a teenager, it was great! There are different Pros and Cons of being a teen. Being a teen gives you excuses to try new things, your life is filled with exciting things and during this time, you have more freedom and fewer responsibilities. On the other hand, mental issues such as depression and anxiety hit you hard at this time. (At least for me) Bullying, gossip, and drama are likely to take place during this time. Overall, my first year being a teen was epic if we put the anxiety issue aside. 😅 Bring it on, 2020!
